What Information Does RightTrak Collect?
The information that RightTrak collects from you depends upon your interactions with the Website and your communications with RightTrak. If you choose to enroll in a financial education program, we will collect your first and last name, email address, and we will request your consent to send you future communications from RightTrak about new information, content, or programs that might be of interest to you. We will also request that you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
Our Website contains functionality at the bottom of our main web page that permits you to send us an email message at email@example.com. If you choose to click on this hyperlink, your default email program will launch a new email message that is automatically addressed to us that you may complete by adding a subject line and the content of any message that you choose to provide us. In connection with receiving your email message, we will collect your first and last name, email address, and any other details you provide to us that is pertinent to your request. We collect the same information if you email us directly as opposed to using the function on our Website.

RightTrak does not knowingly solicit personal information from or otherwise market to children who are under the age of thirteen. If you enroll in our financial education program, we will store your first and last name, email address, whether you have chosen to opt-in to receive marketing and promotional email messages from us, and whether you have agreed to the terms of this Policy, in our database (“Student Database”).
We use the information contained in our Student Database to help us evaluate the success and interest in our courses. If you choose to consent to receive marketing and promotional email communications from us, we will use your name and email address to send you periodic updates regarding RightTrak programs that might be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe from these communications from us at any time by following the instructions for doing so that are contained at the bottom of each such email message.

Does RightTrak Share the Information It Collects?
RightTrak does not sell, rent, or lease the information that it collects through the Website or when you contact us via email with written correspondence. In connection with offering the Website and our courses, we do provide your information to third parties as detailed below:
We utilize third party service providers to make this Website and our courses available to you. These third party service providers render a wide array of services, including web design, data hosting, email, software, and marketing services. We only disclose information to these third party service providers to the extent necessary for our service providers to render their services to us. We do not allow our third party service providers to use your information, such as your first and last name, email address, or any other information about you for any purposes other than for the service provider to render their services to us.

We do not honor “Do Not Track” signals or requests from internet web browsers at this time because there is currently no universal protocol or standard for doing so. RightTrak does not track you on or across website or platforms.
