The information that RightTrak collects from you depends upon your interactions with the Website and your communications with RightTrak.  If you choose to enroll in a financial education program, we will collect your first and last name, email address, and we will request your consent to send you future communications from RightTrak about new information, content, or programs that might be of interest to you.  We will also request that you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

Our Website contains functionality at the bottom of our main web page that permits you to send us an email message at kllumiquinga@tfophoenix.com.  If you choose to click on this hyperlink, your default email program will launch a new email message that is automatically addressed to us that you may complete by adding a subject line and the content of any message that you choose to provide us.  In connection with receiving your email message, we will collect your first and last name, email address, and any other details you provide to us that is pertinent to your request.  We collect the same information if you email us directly as opposed to using the function on our Website.

We use the information contained in our Student Database to help us evaluate the success and interest in our courses.  If you choose to consent to receive marketing and promotional email communications from us, we will use your name and email address to send you periodic updates regarding RightTrak programs that might be of interest to you.  You may unsubscribe from these communications from us at any time by following the instructions for doing so that are contained at the bottom of each such email message.
